1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer complimentary free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Every painting is a 100% handmade original, and quality takes time. Your order’s arrival date is based on the following formula:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival

  • Processing Time (9 – 11 Working Days): This is the time our professional artists take to hand-paint, finish, and carefully prepare your artwork for shipment.

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our workshop to your address.

    • Estimated Transit Times: Transit times vary by destination. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, international shipments may occasionally experience delays of 1-2 weeks due to customs or carrier logistics.

3. Order Tracking

  • How to Track: Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Multiple Packages: Depending on the size and content of your order, items may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)

  • Recipient’s Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Policies: Oilarthub has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies and fee structures.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Undeliverable Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to the following addresses:

    • PO Box numbers

    • Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands

    • Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Multiple Shipping Addresses: We cannot ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
